XOA Trainers:
Glenn Lim
Glenn Lim is a Master Instructional Designer and Breakthrough Psychologist, helping many to break free and heal from their past trauma. His credentials in the field of behavioural sciences, coupled with his personal journey of restoration, makes him an authority in the subject of human transformation and development.
He is the founder of Architects Of Life, a social impact agency that enables X-Offenders to become societal assets. He also serves at XOFG (X-Offenders For Good) community.
He advises, chairs, and serves on various national initiatives, and has consulted and worked with government and community agencies.
Glenn's vision to see broken lives restored and become assets in society.
Kevin Tan
Kevin Tan is an educational psychologist, curriculum developer, and trainer. As a chartered psychologist with the British Psychological Society, he has collaborated with MOE, MSF, and NCSS. He was seconded to the Social Service Institute to enhance the proficiency of social service professionals in utilizing psychometric and impact measurement tools. Kevin also holds a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment. Currently, he serves as a Trainer and Community Leader at XOFG.
